PRIVACY POLICY – BRENNUS OTP

The Brennus OTP application is designed to guarantee total privacy. We apply a “zero collection” policy to protect your digital security.

1. ABSENCE OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION#

The use of the application requires no registration, no user account, and no communication of personal information (name, email, or phone number). The Publisher has no means of identifying you or tracking your activity.

2. EXCLUSIVELY LOCAL STORAGE#

All data generated by the application (your secrets and security codes) are stored only on your device.

• No Cloud: Your data is never synchronized to third-party servers or to any online storage space managed by the Publisher.
• Security: Your data is encrypted using the native security tools of your operating system. The Publisher technically has no access to your codes.

3. ERROR REPORTS (OPTIONAL)#

To improve the stability of the application, it may send anonymous technical reports in the event of a crash.

• Anonymity: These reports contain only technical information about the state of the software at the time of the error (device model, operating system version, error traces). They never contain your OTP codes, your encryption keys, or your private information.
• Control: This function is disabled by default. It only activates if you choose to help us improve the application via the settings.

4. MANAGEMENT OF BACKUPS AND SHARING#

The application allows you to export your data or share configuration links at your own initiative.

• These actions are voluntary and are performed under your sole responsibility.
• Important: These files and links contain your security secrets in plaintext (unencrypted). Protect them as you would protect your passwords.
• Once this data leaves the application (export to a file or sent via message), the Publisher can no longer guarantee its confidentiality.

5. USER RIGHTS (GDPR)#

In accordance with data protection regulations:

• Right to erasure: You maintain full control. To delete all of your data, simply uninstall the application.
• Transparency: The application’s source code is open and publicly viewable to verify the absence of any hidden data collection functions.
